Welcome to the first Pulse Festival, Awaken the rhythm of embodied love -
for all people identified as women.
The Pulse Festival is a three-day immersive journey into the full spectrum of love, intimacy, and connection: emotional, sensual, and spiritual.
Together, we explore how love lives in the body, how connection transforms the heart, and how presence awakens joy. This particular year, we also want to focus on women’s health and awareness around cyclicality, menopause, sexual arousal, and dysfunctions.
At Pulse, you’ll move, feel, and express through workshops, ceremonies, dance, and sacred play. From heart-centered connection to embodied movement, from creative & ritualist expression to stillness, this is a space to return to the pulse of love that flows through all life.
Three days of embodied exploration featuring Transformative workshops, temples nights, performances, ecstatic dance, nourishing vegetarian macrobiotic meal, locally sourced, seasonable, organic and tasty.

The Pulse Festiva is nestled in the serene landscapes of Mafra, a 20 minutes drive from Lisbon, this rural location is unique blend of traditional Portuguese charm and modern amenities, . The estate is known for its natural beauty, featuring a natural swimming pool and magnificent views of the Serra do Socorro.
We have residential and non residential tickets availbe come for the whole experience or join us on Saturday 30th May for an amazing fest of workshops and talks and an incredilbel Market day full of fashion, beauty, food and art all from local providers.
We have accommodation options to suit different preferences — from cozy rooms in the main house to unique and soulful yurts surrounded by nature. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful private room or a more social shared space, there’s something for everyone. All rooms have bathrooms nearby, and private rooms include their own ensuite for extra comfort and privacy.

Meet The Team
The Pulse Festival was founded by Tova Leigh and Chiara Ferri in 2025, born from a shared vision to bring awareness, connection, and playfulness to the exploration of love and intimacy. What would we like to see in these events? Which kind of inspiration would we like people to leave our festival with? Therefore, what do we need to offer?
Our mission is to create a growing community of embodied beings: awake, expressive, and fully alive.
Tova Leigh
Tova is all about mixing deep self-discovery with real-life, practical tools. Tova and Chiara created this Intimacy Festival to help women reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and tap into their own strength. Tova has built up a loyal online community of nearly 3M, she is passionate about female empowerment and loves creating spaces where women can build connection, confidence, and a true sense of freedom. Tova’s also the author of books that encourage women to be themselves, fully and boldly, without apology.
Chiara Ferri
Chiara likes the balance between spirituality, energetic work, and grounded practices. She likes down-to-earth human beings with their perfect imperfections and with a curious spirit.is a trauma-informed somatic sex coach; and also, a relationship coach, full-body de-armoring practitioner, and a women’s empowerment advocate. Chiara is also a tantric facilitator, she facilitates one-to-one and partner sessions and workshops. Her work is focused on embodiment and energetic practices. Chiara’s website
